Creation Station: For the Love!

Welcome everyone to this month's Creation Station Blog Hop!

First off - I want to thank the super fabulous Cindy Schuster for updating our Creation Station Logo and Buttons!  She did a wonderful job and I just love them!  Hats off to you Cindy!!!

This month, me and the rest of the crew are focusing on Valentine's Day!  It is the month of LOVE - right???   We are using the Bloomin' Love Stamp Set, the Bloomin' Hearts die and any glimmer paper we can get our hands on.

So - let's get started!

I'm going to admit right off the bat that I find this die hard to create with.  It took me a while to figure out why....  I think it's because it just stands out all by itself.  I've tried to fussy up the background.  I've tried to embellish around it.  It's like a super model.  It's just meant to stand out all on it's own.

So.  I kept this card rather simple.  But.  I went with somewhat non-traditional Valentine colors.  Pool Party and Melon Mambo on a Crumb Cake background.  I did glam up the heart with some Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder.  It's like the super model is wearing a sparkly dress....right?

For my next card, I once again used the flower spray as a frame.  I've done this before - in this post.

This card is a little simpler than the ones I've created before.

And for my last card.....
 Non traditional colors again!

For this one, I lightly drew a heart on my cardstock, then stamped the flowers from Bloomin' Love in that shape, and then used markers to complete the insides of the flowers.  Turns out, I think this one is my fave.

Well.....that's it from me today - time to hop around to the other wonderfully talented Design Team blogs.... Prepare to be amazed!

Love the different versions you made with this set.
Especially the watercolor one.
Also the stamped flowers into a heart is a brilliant idea.
Thank you for showing!
