Bring on the SNOW-flakes!

We are about to have some more record breaking heat today!  It's September 9th, and word has it, it'll get up to 98 today with a heat index in the triple digits....so let's cool things off, okay?

I'm loving the cool colors of the Winter Frost Designer Series Paper patterns.  For today's card, I die cut the snowflake out of the card front and placed the striped pattern behind it.  I then stamped a smaller snowflake with Encore Metallic Silver ink onto a scrap of Island Indigo card stock.  I popped it up in the center of the larger snowflake, and attached a Vintage Faceted Button tied with Silver Ribbon. 

Add a sentiment from "Joy to the World" Stamp Set, and you have yourself a 5 minute card!
